Job Description

$85,000 – $115,000 per year base salary ($170,000 – $230,000 OTE)

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Strategic Account Executive to drive sales and develop our program. Responsibilities will include establishing a sales pipeline, analyzing industry trends to identify new opportunities, and building sales infrastructure. The ideal candidate is an energetic and tenacious self-starter with skills and experience across the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and identifying key decision makers to providing excellent after-sales service. Ultimately, we expect an outstanding Strategic Account Executive to be adept at proactively negotiating terms of sale with customers, and to demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Consistently achieve quotas
Build and manage the complete sales pipeline lifecycle
Demonstrate expertise in cutting-edge business technology, including the Software as a Subscription (SaaS) model, Enterprise Asset Management, workflow automation, AI & ML, industrial IoT, and software development cycles
Track, analyze, and manage all sales activities, opportunities, accounts in a CRM
Identify prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals
Engage in discovery and qualification with prospective clients
Conduct in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
Proven Enterprise SaaS sales experience over at least 4 years
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
