Job Description
HubSpot is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead one of our email programs with the primary goal of nurturing and converting warm prospects. As the Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing highly targeted email marketing campaigns that engage our audience and drive deal creation. Your expertise in email automation best practices, data-driven segmentation, and optimization will be key to delivering personalized and impactful experiences to our database. In this role, you will: Own your email program’s strategy, execution, and reporting. We’re looking for someone who is: Highly data-driven with the tenacity and skills to identify trends in data, and curiosity to discover the ‘why’ You should have the following skills or experiences: Strong writing and communication skills Nice to have: Experience working in a mid-to-large-sized B2B organization Cash compensation range: 70000-105000 USD Annually This resource will help guide how we recommend thinking about the range you see. The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
