We’re seeking someone to fill a leadership role on our Marketing Technology team to manage the strategic development and implementation of AI solutions. This role will be highly cross-functional, both coaching a team of specialists, working with executive leadership on our AI strategy, and partnering with teams across the business to realize the vision. Manage a team of four to six AI “Experience Engineers” – working to incorporate AI into different aspects of HubSpot’s Marketing strategy Work with senior leadership to ideate, capture trends and insights, and report on progress. Manage executive communications about the advancements the program makes. The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
